Osceola man arrested on nine felony charges for sex crimes involving children

     On Jan. 9, Bobby Dill, 60, Osceola, was arrested on nine felony charges for sex crimes involving multiple children. Dill is charged with two class A felony counts of child molestation in the first degree , four unclassified felony counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, one unclassified felony count of attempted sodomy in the first degree, and two class D felony counts of sexual misconduct in the second degree.

     The charges stem from an investigation that started in December 2014 after a hotline call to Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division was made. The investigation revealed numerous alleged incidents that occurred between January 2012 and October 2014.  The Missouri State Technical Assistance Team assisted with the investigation. Dill is being held in the St. Clair County Jail. Bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
