Property damage reports

    On Sept. 17, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report from Kenneth Vogel, Montrose. Vogel reported he loaned his vehicle to a family member and another individual who was in the vehicle damaged the driver's side door, windshield and the console. A suspect was named and the investigation is ongoing.

    On Sept. 17, a St. Clair County deputy responded to Brush Creek Access, Osceola, in reference to property damage. James Terry, the vice president of Friends of Brush Creek, reported a vehicle drove off into the grass area and spun their tires causing damaging the in three places on the property. The investigation is ongoing.
