Case Update: Hart, Howard

Case Update:

Hart, Howard- On December 20, 2021, Howard Hart, 45, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a 24 hour hold of 1st Degree Attempted Rape. A no bond warrant was issued on charges of 1st Degree Felony Rape.

On April 27, 2023, Hart was found guilty by jury and convicted of Rape Or Attempted Rape - 1st Degree. Hart is scheduled to be sentenced June 20, 2023 facing 5 years to Life.
