Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.
Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications
We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of April 18, 2023 through April 24, 2023
On April 18, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to an ex-parte violation on WW Highway.. Subject was unable to be located.
On April 18, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Jason Greenwell at the St. Joseph Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County Writ Warrant on charges of Domestic Assault 1st, Armed Criminal Action, and Domestic Assault 3rd, No Bond.
On April 18, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Nichole Wilson at the St. Clair county Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Domestic Assault 3rd. Her bond is $5000 cash surety.
On April 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Kevin Moore at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Assault - 3rd Degree. His bond is $7,500.00 cash or surety.
On April 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to the Pilot Truck Stop in Collins in regards to a male subject unconscious in the restroom. Male subject transported to CMH for medical treatment. Female subject who was with the male subject had Taney County warrants that were extraditable. St. Clair County Deputies arrested Katie Haas on her Taney County warrant for Dangerous Drugs Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was transported to St. Clair County jail.
On April 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to Do It Best in Osceola in regards to a subject passing fraudulent money. Subject was located and interviewed.
On April 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to Tindall Street in Lowry City in regards to fraud.
On April 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to Goodrich Drive in regards to an ex-parte violation. Subject was unable to be located when deputies arrived.
On April 20, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to SE 700 Rd in Weaubleau in regards to trespassing. Subject was advised to leave the property.
On April 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for service regarding items stolen on SE 700 Road in Weaubleau. Items stolen were a red push mower and a dog cage.
On April 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to NE Highway ZZ in reference to property damage. The owner of Bees Honey Wagon agreed to fix the fence.
On April 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to the Country View Apartments in regards to a disturbance. Parties separated without incident.
On April 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies were dispatched to Highway 82 in regards to stolen property. Item stolen was a yellow/orange concrete minnow tub approximately 8 ft long by 3 ft tall.
On April 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on C Street in Osceola. Attempted contact with the owner. Vehicle was towed.
On April 22, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to NE 680 Road for shots being fired at people. Unknown suspects at this time.
On April 22, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to NE 1031 Private Road for trespassing. Subject was advised not to be back on the property.
On April 24, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies dispatched to Goodrich Drive for an unstable juvenile. Juvenile was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
