Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of February 21, 2023 through February 27, 2023.

 

On February 21, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call regarding a domestic assault in Twin Oaks Harbor. Teresa Prosser was arrested and being charged with Domestic Assault- 4th Degree- 1st or 2nd Offense.

 

On February 22, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Eric Engeman at St. Jospeh Department on St. Clair County warrant for Property Damage-2nd Degree. Bond set at $2500 Cash Only. Eric bonded out.

 

On February 22, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies arrested William Schmitz at Jackson County Jail on two St. Clair County warrants, Driving While Revoked/Suspended 2nd or 3rd Offense and Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing- Creating a Substantial Risk of Injury/Death to Any Person. William is being held on $10,000 Cash Only.

 

On February 23, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call to assist another agency. Children's Division had a preliminary check on 2 juvenile individuals on NE Old Highway 13 and requested a deputy on scene.

 

On February 23, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies observed a vehicle, after hours, occupied sitting on the east side of the school building in Lowry City. Minors were in possession of marijuana. Guardians were called and the juveniles were taken home. Juveniles referred to the juvenile office.

 

On February 24, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report regarding lost or stolen plates in Osceola. Plates have been entered into the statewide database.

 

On February 24, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report of trespassing on Truman Road. Subjects left the residence.

 

On February 25, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for a domestic in progress on 601 Rd in Appleton City. Victim gathered her belongings and left and the suspect was referred to the juvenile office.

 

On February 26, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call of theft at the Pilot Truck Stop in Collins. Two male subjects unidentified. Items stolen are unknown. Investigation is ongoing.

 

On February 26, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a call regarding an ex-parte violation in Rockville. Full Order of Protection was granted by the Courts.

 

On February 26, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a call regarding a Mental Health Status Check at the Sac Osage Roadside Park. Subject secured vehicle and agreed to get some medical help.

 

On February 26, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report of property damage on Arbor Street in Appleton City. Subject is wanted for questioning.

 

On February 27, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report of theft of NyQuil and Mucinex from Casey's in Appleton City. Investigation is ongoing.

 

On February 27, 2023- St Clair County Deputies received a call from Henry County on a domestic disturbance that was called into Henry County Sheriffs Department. The domestic started in a vehicle on NW 151 Rd and ended in Deepwater. Investigation is ongoing.

 

On February 27, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies took a report of a sexual assault that happened in Appleton City. Evan Ward was arrested and the investigation is ongoing.

 

On February 27, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for a slide off on Highway 13 just north of T Highway. Deputies determined that Danielle King was under the influence of alcohol and arrested. Danielle was transported to St. Clair County Jail.
