Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 5 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of October 1st, 2022 through October 8th, 2022

Roberts, Brent- On October 3rd, 2022, Brent, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies, on a Henry County Warrant for Fail to Appear. The bond was set at $500 cash or surety.

 

Ferguson, Charles- On October 3rd, 2022, Charles, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Domestic Assault and Unlawful Possession of a firearm. Deputies were dispatched to a domestic in progress. An investigation was conducted and Charles was arrested pending formal charges.

 

Johnson, Brayden- On October 3rd, 2022, Brayden was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Deputies were dispatched to a domestic in progress. An investigation was conducted and Brayden was arrested pending formal charges.

 

Engeman, Eric- On October 5, 2022, Eric was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County Warrant for a Parole Violation. There is no bond.

 

Richards, Tori - On October 8th, 2022, Tori, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to a trespassing in progress, an investigation was conducted and Tori was taken into custody, pending formal charges
