Text Caster
Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.
Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications
We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 6 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of May 17th, 2022 through May 23th, 2022.
Swofford, Justin- On May 17, 2022, Justin Swofford, 38, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. No bond was set.
Johnson, Terry- On May 17, 2022, Terry Johnson, 34, Kansas City, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $7,500.00 cash or surety.
Rattanavong, Erika- On May 17, 2022, Erika Rattanavong, 21, Kansas City, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.
Lingenfelser, Aeriel- On May 19, 2022, Aeriel Lingenfelser, 31, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for 4th Degree Domestic Assault. The arrest was made after deputies responded to a call for service in regards to a Domestic Assault. Upon speaking with the victim and further investigating the situation, deputies placed Lingenfelser under arrest and transported her to the St. Clair County Jail.
Brasher, Ralph- On May 20, 2022, Ralph Brasher, 28, Kansas City, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $322.00 cash or surety.
Rogers, Christi- On May 22, 2022, Christi Rogers, 36, Warrensburg, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Henry County warrant for Failure to appear. The bond was set at $10 cash or surety. Rogers was also arrested on a Platte County warrant for two charges of Failure to appear. The bonds were set at $144 and $134 cash or surety.
