Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made 7 arrests and took multiple reports during the week of March 1st, 2022 through February 7th, 2022.

Cogle, Justin- On March 1, 2022, Justin Cogle, 27, Kansas City, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $150.00 cash or surety.

Pinkman, Earl- On March 2, 2022, Earl Pinkman, 42, El Dorado Springs, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The bond was set at $2,500.00 cash only.

Kroge, David- On March 3, 2022, David Kroge, 19, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Platte County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

Dabney, Robert- On March 3, 2022, Robert Dabney, 24, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on two St. Clair County warrants for Failure to Appear and one warrant out of Stone County for Failure to Appear. The bonds were set at $2,500.00, $500.00, and $25,000.00.

Wells, Robert- On March 3, 2022, Robert Wells, 30, Branson, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a Christian County warrant for Failure to Appear. The bond was set at $204.50 cash only.

Dozler, Skyler- On March 4, 2022, Skyler Dozler, 27, Steelville, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on multiple St. Clair County warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond set at $5,000.00 cash or surety, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Hunting, Shawn- On March 6, 2022, Shawn Hunting, 36, Lead Hill, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest was made after deputies investigated a suspicious vehicle and located illegal substances.
