Text Caster

 

Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests

 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made six arrests and took multiple reports during the week of June 29th, 2021 through July 5th, 2021.

 

Johnson, Cassandra - On June 29th, Cassandra Johnson, 35, Windsor, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County warrant for a Misdemeanor charge of Passing Bad Checks, and a Henry County warrant for a Felony charge of Passing Bad Checks. The bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety, and $200.00 cash only.

 

Beard, Jessica - On July 1st, Jessica Beard, 30, El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. The bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Harris, Charles - On July 1st, Charles Harris, 25, Kansas, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Kansas warrant for a Felony charge of Receiving Stolen Property, and a St. Clair County Felony charge of Tampering with Property of Another - 2nd Degree (Prior Conviction/Finding Guilt Under 570.030). Charles was held on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges for St. Clair County, and held on No Bond for the Kansas Warant.

 

Lambert, Tammy - On July 2nd, Tammy Lambert, 57, Kansas City, was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Tammy was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $7,500.00 cash or surety.

 

Tompkins, John - On July 3rd, John Tompkins, 44, Collins, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County warrant for a Misdemeanor charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended - 1st Offense. The bond was set at $350.00 cash only.

 

Nall, Lonnie Sr. - On July 5th, Lonnie Nall Sr., 60, Warsaw, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Domestic Assault - 3rd Degree, and a Misdemeanor charge of Resisting/Interfering with Arrest, Detention, or Stop. The bond was set at $15,000.00 cash only.
