Text Caster

 

Sheriff Lee Hilty would like to share more information about the Text Caster partnership.

Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Text Caster available!

Arrests

 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made six arrests and took multiple reports during the week of June 15th, 2021 through June 21st, 2021.

 

Davidson, Tommy - On June 15th, Tommy Davidson, 41, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County Deputy on a Henry County warrant for an Infraction charge of Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt. The bond was set at $10.00 cash only.

 

Henry, William - On June 16th, William Henry, 47, Rogersville, was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County warrant for a Misdemeanor charge of Stealing. During intake, it was reported Henry County had two Traffic warrants and Platte County had a traffic warrant for William. William was transferred to the St. Clair County Jail and the total bond was set at $1,630.00 cash only and $250.00 cash or surety.

 

Greer, Flint - On June 17th, Flint Greer, 31, Stockton, was arrested by Greene County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, a Misdemeanor charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor charge of Trespassing - 1st Degree, and a Misdemeanor charge of Harassment - 1st Degree. Flint was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the total bond was set at $7,500.00 cash only.

 

Hughes, William - On June 18th, William Hughes, 41, Montrose, was arrested by Platte County Sheriff's Office on one St. Clair County warrant and one Henry County warrant, each for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. William was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the total bond was set at $7,500.00 cash or surety, and $824.00 cash only.

 

Wood, Brandon - On June 19th, Brandon Wood, 29, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a Felony charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended. Brandon was booked and released, pending formal charges.

 

Foster, Richard - On June 19th, Richard Foster, 35, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for two Henry County Failure to Appear Misdemeanor warrants. The bond was set at $500.00 cash or surety, and $131.00 cash only.

 

Theft in Lowry City

 

       On June 17th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to the BP Gas Station, in Lowry City, in reference to a fuel drive-off. Upon making contact with the victim, it was reported that a white male in a black in color Infiniti SUV had mistakenly pumped another individual's fuel, and when noting his mistake, stated he would obtain his debit card to pay, and fled the gas station. The total price of the fuel stolen was $26.00.
