Four class C felony counts of passing a bad check-$500 or more
On June 3, 2015 McGraw plead guilty and was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. The court suspended the execution of sentence and McGraw was placed on supervised probation for five years.
June 2, 2016-Warrant issued for probation violation
Sept. 1, 2016-Arrested on warrant for probation violation
Oct. 3, 2016-Hearing held. The Court sets disposition out to Jan. 3, 2017 to allow McGraw an opportunity to prove he can abide by conditions of probation.
Probation violation hearing set for March 6, 2017-McGraw did not appear. Reset for March 16, 2017.
7/2/18-Defendant, in custody in Pettis Co. Jail. Case not reset until in custody on St. Clair Co. warrant.
