The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Young was driving, for a traffic violation. The deputy made contact with Young and asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle. Young gave consent for the deputy to search the vehicle. During the search, a glass pipe with a white residue was located.
