One of the operating a vehicle without a valid license charges comes after a St. Clair County deputy was conducting school zone traffic enforcement on March 14, 2018. The deputy noticed a child sitting improperly inside the vehicle and pulled said vehicle over. Upon contact, the driver, Eaton, identified himself. Eaton asked if he could drop his daughter off at school and then talk with the deputy. The deputy advised that would be alright. The deputy asked if there was a child safety seat in the vehicle. Eton advised there was not. A record check revealed Eaton to have a suspended driver’s license.
