  The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to the area of   Highway H and Highway 82 in reference to a suspicious person walking in the middle of   the roadway.
  The deputy arrived in the area and found Austin walking in the middle of Highway 82. After making contact with Austin, the deputy asked if he had anything on his person that the deputy should know about. Austin emptied his pockets voluntarily onto the hood of the patrol car. Among the belongings was a red straw that the deputy observed to have a white crystal like residue on it. The straw field tested positive for methamphetamine. Austin also admitted to the deputy that he had a small amount of marijuana in his wallet.
