Count II- plea of guilty. Defendant sentenced to 180 days in St. Clair Co. Jail, execution of sentence suspended; defendant placed on unsupervised probation for 2 years; $100 fine
Defendant also ordered to pay $450 restitution

Additional Information

     The warrant stems from a St. Clair County investigation into damage done to motel rooms at the River’s Edge Bar and Grill in Roscoe on Sept. 17, 2017. After talking with an employee from River’s Edge, it was determined the suspect’s had just left the motel in a black SUV. While en route to River’s Edge, a deputy observed a black SUV at First St. and Highway 82. After pulling over the suspect vehicle, the driver, later identified as Tammy Davis, tried to give the deputy a false name.
     When the deputies arrived back at River’s Edge, they collected evidence and photographs from the damaged rooms. A request for prosecution was filled out.
