Additional Information

The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to SE 1025 Road about a car that was stuck in a ditch. Deputies arrived and made contact with Kamm, who was in a field picking up rocks. The deputies asked her to empty her pockets and she did so willingly. A deputy observed a large bulge and what looked like to be a glass pipe in her outside coat pocket. Upon further investigation, a glass pipe was found in her coat pocket with some residue in it. Kamm admitted the pipe was hers. A search of her vehicle revealed a cellophane wrapper with some marijuana in it.
