Delivery Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana Or Synthetic Cannabinoid
Court enters Plea, Finding of Guilt, Sentence and Judgment. Court grants Suspended Imposition of Sentence, Defendant placed on supervised probation for 5 years
On Sept. 10, Daniel Wire, 53, Osceola, was arrested on a class D felony possession of controlled substance and a class B felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
The charges stem from when a St. Clair County deputy pulled Wire over on a traffic violation. After talking with Wire, he admitted to using methamphetamine recently. Wire did give the deputy consent to search his vehicle.
During the search the deputy found a small bag of a crystal like substance on Wire. Wire then admitted to more being in the vehicle.
