The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on July 16 when deputies took a report of domestic violence on SE 1151 Road, Collins.
During the investigation it was discovered Snethen allegedly punched a juvenile in the head with his fist and stated he would to snap the individual’s neck.
