The charges stem from an investigation on July 24, 2017 when St. Clair County deputies assisted the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force with executing a search warrant at a residence on West Miller Street, Appleton City. During the investigation it was determined Lockwood currently resides at the home. While executing the warrant a cardboard box was located in her bedroom. The box contained two plastic bags with a crystalline substance inside each, a clear plastic straw with a white powdery substance inside, a glass pipe with a white powdery and burned substance inside, a clear plastic bag containing marijuana, and a wooden pipe with burned substance inside. The bags and the straw field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
