The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation during the early morning hours on April 26 when a deputy was dispatched to NE 201 Road at Highway 13, Lowry City, in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road. During the investigation contact was made with the driver, Infranca. He stated he parked on the side of the road due to the storm. Further investigation discovered an eye wear case hidden next to the engine compartment under the hood. A used, partial broken clear glass smoking pipe which field tested positive for methamphetamine was found inside the case along with other drug paraphernalia. A check of his driver’s status revealed Infrana’s license is suspended for nonpayment of child support.
