Additional Information

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff's Office investigation on April 29, when deputies went Park’s residence to serve a warrant in another case. A female answered the door and went to get Park. A deputy heard Park say he did not want to come outside. Deputies went in the residence and made contact with Park in the kitchen. He was taken into custody on the warrant. A glass pipe with a white powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine was found in one of Park’s pant pockets. Two blue pills identified as Alprazolam, a schedule four controlled substance, were also located in Park’s possession. A pipe with a burnt substance inside it was lying on the kitchen table in plain view. Admissions were made from Park the pipe was a marijuana pipe and belonged to him.
