The charges stem from an investigation on May 20 when a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call of an individual possibly driving while intoxicated on NE 175 Road, Osceola. The vehicle was located at the end of the road near the water and contact was made with Cooper. During the investigation it was determined Cooper was intoxicated.
