Additional Information

The charge stems from an incident in the early morning hours the same day when a deputy was investigating a burglary on SW 1371 Road. During the investigation two vehicles were observed heading in the direction of the property that was burglarized. Contact was made with one of the vehicles. Linder was the passenger in the vehicle.

Further investigation revealed a backpack containing a small ATV battery, black camouflaged mask, two pairs of gloves, two screwdrivers, and two flashlights in his possession. A pry bar was also located in the trunk of the vehicle. Linder had a single bullet in his pocket which matched the rounds stolen from the residence.
