The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on June 13 when a deputy took a report on SE 1300 Road, Humansville, regarding cattle purchased with a bad check. John Fox, manager of the United Producers Inc. livestock auction (Humansville Sale Barn) reported Craig purchased 22 head of cattle for $20,930.70 on June 7. Craig allegedly paid for the cattle using a check from an account that had insufficient funds.
