Aug. 29, 2016- Guilty plea to amended class A misdemeanor charge of no operators license
Aug. 29-2016-Sentenced to serve 120 days in county jail to be served concurrent with sentence from case 14SR-CR00266-01. 

In that case Parmalee was charged with class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. He plead guilty to the charge in March 2015 and was sentenced to serve five years in the DOC with the execution of sentence suspended and placed on five years supervised probation. 

During the court proceedings on Aug. 29, Parmalee's probation was revoked and a previously imposed sentence of five years was ordered to be executed. Jurisdiction was retained by the court under 559.115 RSMo. The DOC will provide a report to court within 90 days. The Court recommended Institutional Substance Abuse Treatment Program with a bed date Oct. 19, 2016.
The drug charge stems from an incident in July 2014 when Parmalee was arrested following a narcotics investigation in Lowry City. Information was obtained regarding alleged drug activity occurring at a residence. During the investigation, St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and officers from the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found Parmalee to be in possession of a glass pipe containing a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Additional Information

The charge stems from an investigation on Feb. 24 when a St. Clair County deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fourth Street and Hancock Street, Lowry City, for careless driving. Contact was made with Parmalee, who was driving the vehicle and a check revealed his driver’s license is revoked.
