Class B misdemeanor unlawful use of a weapon-discharge along highway
The Court, having taken the matter under advisement, the court now rules as follows: The Court finds Defendant not guilty on Count I: The Court finds Defendant guilty on Count II; The Court finds Defendant guilty on Count III.
1/16/2018-Counts II and III: Defendant sentenced to 10 days in St. Clair Co. Jail; execution of sentence suspended; defendant placed on unsupervised probation for one year
The charges stem from an investigation on Feb. 1, when a St. Clair County deputy took a report in reference to Harper allegedly firing two shots at a vehicle traveling on NE 450 Road, Osceola. There were two occupants in the vehicle.
